GlennaLynnCreates PartyFavors is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

    Order & Payment

    • Orders are confirmed once payment (or deposit) is received
    • 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin production
    • Remaining balance due before shipment

    Custom Orders

    • Customer is responsible for providing correct details (names, dates, themes, quantities)
    • GlennaLynnCreates is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
    • Proof approval (if you offer it) — once approved, no changes can be made

    Production & Turnaround

    • Allow 5-10 business days for production
    • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • No cancellations once production has started
    • All sales are final on custom/personalized items

    Shipping

    • You are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once shipped
    • Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
